KAC started as small knit manufacturing unit in 1999, since than we have evolved and grown strength to strength. At KAC we provide complete solution to our buyers, starting from sourcing, manufacturing, designing and delivering.

KAC fashion Wear is a highly complex and equipped with all modern technologies Knit and Woven manufacturing unit. At KAC Fashion we produce 15 Tonns of knit fabric and 55000 pcs of garment daily.
WHAT WE DO
GARMENT
30 Knit Garment Line and 10 Woven Garment Line, giving us on average 60000 pcs per day.
KNITTING
14000 Kg Capacity covering Single Jersey, Pique, Terry Fleece, Waffle, Rib, Lacoste and Interlock fabric.
DYEING
20000 kg per day & Yarn Dyeing: 4000 kg per day (OEKO TEX certified).
PRINTING
ELLIPSE PRINTING MACHINE: 01 (upto 12 colours) Glass Table : 12 (length 100 ft each) Capacity : 30000 pcs per day.
WASHING
35000 pcs (acid wash, stone wash, special effects with laser etc.)
ACCESSORIES
Sewing Thread, Jacquard with all kinds of label, twill tape & others (OEKO TEX certified).
